Glynnie Walfard has worked for Martin Collins for 22 years and during that time has gained a deep understanding of footings and how they affect the locomotion of the horse.

Glynnie was originally based in the UK office in Lambourn, Berkshire working her way up to the position of Managing Director, prior to transferring to the USA to head up the North American operation.

Glynnie has lifelong involvement in both dressage and racing and is therefore equally at home in prestigious international venues, as she is on the training grounds of major thoroughbred facilities.
