Designers typically represent owners’ interest through move-in day by supervising construction as it progresses, answering contractors questions, coordinating the purchase of various specialized equipment, confirming installation, and specifying finishing touches.
One of the most important tools we can provide in this phase is helping the client pre-qualify any contractor or sub-contractor that does work on the project. This is essential in getting the project built correctly and within budget.
